Fox Cities Job Training Program for People with Disabilities

Designed to meet the unique vocational rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities in the Fox Cities area, the Vocational Support Program provides training in a structured environment. Primary emphasis is placed on growth as well as learning the specific work behaviors and skills that will lead to vocational success. This job training program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each person served. It can be offered as a:

  • Facility-based program
  • Community-based program
  • Combination of both

Basic objectives of Valley Packaging Industry’s Vocational Support Program include:

  • Develop proper work habits
  • Develop realistic job expectations
  • Develop appropriate social skills and behaviors
  • Provide ongoing meaningful employment
  • Acceptance into community work
