At Valley Packaging Industries (VPI) of Appleton, Wisconsin, our wide-ranging person-centered programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals seeking to become more independent through workforce employment and/or other community-based services.

Our Mission

To promote the dignity and worth of individuals who have disabilities or are disadvantaged, and to assist them in developing their optimum level of social, vocational and economic independence in the Fox Valley community.

Who We Are

VPI operates under a solid belief that work is the foundation for building independence. We are a not-for-profit corporation that provides creative and comprehensive training, employment and community living services to assist people in becoming more independent and self-sufficient. VPI is committed to meeting the needs of the individual.

Whatever it takes to ensure that all people who have a disability or are disadvantaged receive services based on their individual needs and wants, provided in the least restrictive environment.

Whatever it takes to maintain strong and diverse production operations to provide workforce employment and job training program opportunities and generate revenue to support these programs and services.
